POSITION OVERVIEW

MCI is looking for an ambitious, self-driven, and experienced Employment Services Client Success Manager to join our team.  Candidates for this role should be experienced, highly organized, enjoy working with people, and possess a strong work ethic.  A background working with staffing service agencies is is preferred.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

In the position, you will be .responsible for proactively develop a new portfolio of clients, signing new clients, developing a market presence, and establish a solid base knowledge of the industry. We are a process and productivity driven organization and you will be responsible for helping to expand our organization.  Additional responsibilities include:

 

  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new relationships contacts with existing accounts to continue the relationship, ensuring the ongoing success of the account
  • Successfully implement new client accounts, ensuring they are onboarded and converted to an active client.
  • Provides advice and recommendations on investments and business opportunities, focused on infrastructure
  • Provides oversight and leadership of the development and implementation of sales and client engagement initiatives within the region.
  • Provide guidance, performance management and leadership to direct reports.
  • Data mining/networking to discover new leads
  • Consult with confidence on the phone the benefits and abilities of the organization
  • Set appointments with prospects with the goal of generating sales revenue and building customer loyalty
  • Prospecting for business partners and following up with sales calls
  • Develop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to qualified/closed status
  • As opportunities for the sale of existing products and services are identified, coordinate the transfer of the lead to appropriate sales team member

 

 

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

As a Employment Services Client Success Manager you must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and have the ability to function effectively in a fast paced work environment.  Candidates experienced in account-managed staffing service are encouraged to apply.

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive
  • Experience working for large staffing services agencies such as Randstad, AppleOne, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adeco, Manpower, etc. 
  • Demonstrated sound judgement and decision-making ability
  • Understand sales cycles and how to approach lead generation
  • Self-motivated and displays a high degree of diligence and accountability
  • Posses strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in Business to Business marketing
  • Ability to build trust, respect, and collaboration in all business relationships

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Must be authorized to work in their country of residence (The United States or Canada)
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.  Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results
