Location: San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines (Onsite)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for actively prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. You will engage with potential clients through outbound calls, presenting our products/services, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceeding targets in a B2C sales environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, to identify and engage potential B2C clients.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through detailed research and analysis of their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, showcasing the unique value proposition and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services.
  • Continuously nurture and follow up with leads, addressing any inquiries and providing necessary information to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Provide post-sales support by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward closing deals.
  • Follow all required script, policies and procedures.
  • Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information.
  • Other essential duties related to the position to meet the ongoing needs of the company.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to read and speak fluent English
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months B2B/B2C solar outbound calling experience preferred.
  • Sales experience, preferably outbound calling (minimum of 6 months)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations
  • Proficiency in MS Office-based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, instant messaging, and over the phone)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales deals

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
